MSC Preziosa ended in late January its routine maintenance (Dry-Dock) at Fincantieri shipyard in Palermo. These operations, in which it is subject, have not turned the ship, but were only works of ordinary administration (like happened at the MSC Fantasia a few months ago).
The only addition, worthy of note, is the scrubber, that will make it more ecological, and environmentally friendly. This system allows to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions from casino gambling games diesel engines. By 2020, all ships in the MSC Cruises fleet, during the breaks in the pipeline, will be equipped with this ecological system.
